Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 23, 2026
Clearspace (“Clearspace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our applications, websites, membership program, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), including when you communicate with us or your Clearspace concierge by text message (SMS).
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account and Application Information. Information you provide when you apply for membership or create an account, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the family details you choose to share in your application (for example, your children’s first names, ages, and device types).
- Payment Information. Membership payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive information about your membership and transaction status; we do not store your full card details.
- Usage Information. Information about how you interact with the Services, such as features used, settings, preferences, and the screen-time rules and schedules you set up.
- Device Information. Information about the devices you use to access the Services, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and time zone.
- Communications. Information you provide when you contact us for support or communicate with us, including your text message conversations with your Clearspace concierge.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Send you service-related communications, including text messages you have opted in to receive;
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support;
- Improve and develop the Services;
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse; and

3. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from Clearspace, the following terms apply:
- Consent. By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box in our membership application, you consent to receive text messages from Clearspace related to your account and the Services — phone verification codes, application and membership updates, and two-way conversations with your Clearspace concierge on your dedicated concierge line. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences — the concierge primarily replies to messages you send, plus notifications you have enabled.
- Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
- Opt-Out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through the Services or contact us.
- Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@clearspace.org.

All the categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold to, or purchased by any third parties.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers. With vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, analytics, communications delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and the AI infrastructure providers that help power the Clearspace concierge. These providers are only permitted to use information as necessary to provide services to us.

The above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Data Retention

6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
